Design instead of a standard solution

Unlike neutral or single-colour tapes, printed versions enable consistent, customer-specific design. The tape becomes a carrier of the brand message and can be precisely adapted to the design of the final product. Whether subtle tone-on-tone solutions or deliberately visible design elements – printing gives the textile character and makes it distinctive.

This is not about short-term effects, but about a lasting visual identity that remains intact even under stress.

Material, print and impact as a unified concept

For printed tapes to achieve their full effect, material, print image and further processing must work together. Different textile bases – such as woven tapes, warp-knit or knitted constructions – influence handle, appearance and the final look. The print design is therefore always adapted to the material to ensure that colours remain clear, lines appear sharp and the tape maintains a high-quality appearance even after processing and use.

Printing is not an additional afterthought, but an integral part of the tape.

Durability and processing reliability

In addition to visual impact, technical quality plays a decisive role. Printed tapes must be processed reliably and retain their design even under mechanical stress. They are therefore engineered to run evenly, be converted reproducibly and sewn securely.

Another key aspect is resistance to care and cleaning processes. Depending on the end product and area of application, requirements vary considerably. Together with the customer, it is defined which stresses the print must withstand – from gentle care at 30 °C or hand washing to boil-proof performance and suitability for industrial cleaning processes. Material, printing method and colour build-up are coordinated accordingly so that both design and functionality are preserved throughout the entire service life of the product.
